Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Cream

A delicious creamy dairy free strawberry ice cream thats perfect for a summer treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Put the cans of coconut milk in the fridge over night. Pour out the liquid and use the cream part.( Save the liquid and use it in smoothies!) Put coconut cream, strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a high speed blender until mixed- you may need to add ice for the right consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
